Delete Your Account — YaadKar

You can delete your YaadKar account and all the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

Delete from the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside YaadKar:

• Open YaadKar and sign in.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your shop details, and every customer record you created. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you're unable to sign in to the app, you can request deletion by emailing us from your registered mobile number with the subject "Account Deletion Request — YaadKar". We'll verify your request and delete your account on your behalf.

What gets deleted

• Your account details — name, mobile number, and shop name.
• All customer records you created — names, phone numbers, addresses, and service/purchase details.
• Your department/service list and app preferences.
• Any scheduled reminders and notifications tied to your account.

Timeline

Deleting your account from within the app removes it immediately. If you request deletion by email, we permanently delete your account and data within 7 days of receiving and verifying your request.

Before you go

If you emailed us to request deletion, you can cancel the request any time before it's completed by simply signing back into the app. Once deletion is complete, it cannot be reversed and your data cannot be recovered.
